Verified students access mentors at a flat subsidised rate set by SparkBudd. After every student session, the mentor chooses to keep their share or donate it to the Student Fund — and unlock the Community Mentor badge.

The mentee's full payment is held until 48 hours after the session ends — protection both ways while disputes can be raised.

Two-stage gate before booking unlocks. Off-platform contact is prohibited during an active match.
The optional in-session bot generates a transcript that anchors any dispute. Bot on/off is itself a permanent fact on record.
